What happens when shipment docs are incomplete?
Sefer parses every attachment (invoice, packing list, BOL, COO) into one structured shipment and surfaces conflicts instead of silently picking. When something is missing, it emails the importer for exactly what it needs, processes the reply, and resumes classification. No manual chase.
Who actually transmits to CBP?
Your team, through your existing ABI or ACE Portal, on your filer code. Sefer has no filer code and never transmits.
What if a Sefer-drafted entry has an error?
Same liability path as any entry your LCB signs today. The reasoning trail makes reasonable care easier to demonstrate; it doesn't shift liability.
